Leech man sightings have usually been linked to disappearing people, sometimes to be found later with ten or more Y-shaped bite marks around their bodies.

This creature is described to have a vaguely humanoid appearance but characterized by a lack of spine so it can bend into inhuman shapes.

Their fingers are long and tentacle-like and the head is featureless.
